Langres. We felt we had to start with this delicious cheese from Beaconsfield’s twin town in the Champagne region of France. It’s a cow’s milk cheese best eaten in late summer with a beautiful washed rind that gives it it’s distinctive orange colour. It is not turned during maturation giving it a unique dipped shape.Come and try it!
